Irregular mass in the left hilum. Mild linear atelectasis in left lower lobe. No pleural or pericardial effusion. Cardiomediastinal contour normal for age and projection. Sternal wiring noted. Elevation of the right hemidiaphragm.

CT confirms the presence of a left hilar mass and also demonstrated extensive liver metastases.

Subsequent liver biopsy confirmed small cell carcinoma.
