Note made of accessory left horizontal fissure.

Cardiomediastinal contour within normal limits. Lungs and pleural spaces are clear. No pneumothorax. No displaced rib fracture. No free subdiaphragmatic gas.

Case Discussion

Left horizontal (or minor) fissure is an uncommon anatomical variant.
