Left internal jugular vein thrombosis

Lymphoma.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male
Ultrasound

Echogenic material is seen within the left internal jugular vein causing almost complete obliteration of the vessel lumen. Note absence of doppler signal within the vessel.
