Triangular density behind the left side of the heart. The left hilum is inferiorly displaced.
Mild cardiomegaly.
Right lung clear.

A typical example of a tight left lower lobe collapse.
In a smoker, this should be considered to be due to an obstructing lung malignancy until proven otherwise with CT chest and bronchoscopy.
