Dense 'sail shaped' opacification at the medial left lower zone with crisp, oblique lateral margin and obscuration of left medial hemidiaphragm. Findings are typical of left lower lobe collapse.

Typical findings of left lower lobe collapse. Further imaging with CT is recommended to ensure there is no underlying obstructive lesion.
