- Hyperdense left middle cerebral artery
- Hypodensity involving left middle cerebral artery territory with altered cortico-subcortical differentiation, edema and midline shift towards the right side.
- Gyriform cortical and petechial basal ganglia hyperdensitıes in the affected region suggesting hemorrhagic transformation
Case Discussion
The features are consistent with left middle cerebral artery thrombosis and established early subacute ischemic infarct.
