Right-sided hemianopia and hemiparesis.

Age: 75 years
Gender: Female

Brain

There is brain hypoattenuation in the left PCA vascular territory. 

CT

Brain (3 days later)

Serial imaging depicts the evolution of the left posterior cerebral artery territory infarct with loss of grey-white matter differentiation and hypoattenuation becoming more conspicuous and defined.
