Presentation

Right sided hemianopia, facial asymmetry and reduced power on right.

Patient Data

Age: Adult
Gender: Male

Left occipital lobe shows high FLAIR signal and diffusion restriction, in keeping with acute infarction along the territory of left posterior cerebral artery.

MRA shows non-visualization of P3 and P4 segments of left posterior cerebral artery, in keeping with occlusion.
