Left piriform fossa mass - likely SCC

Presentation

Difficulty in swallowing; Gradually progressive.

Patient Data

Age: 50-60
Gender: Male

Barium- Rounded filling defect in the left piriform fossa.

Nodular mass in left pyriform sinus with heterogenous enhancement.

Case Discussion

Differential is that of SCC (most likely) and minor salivary gland tumour.
