Presentation

Left flank pain and hematuria.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Large hyper dense stone is noted at left renal pelvis causing moderate hydronephrosis and delayed contrast media excretion. 

Several small stones are also observed at lower portion of left renal pelvis.
