Case Discussion

In order to do reduction to the anterior dislocation of the shoulder, we put the elbow joint at a right angle and make the humerus at a right angle with the trunk in abduction position, then we slowly do an external rotation of the humerus until we hear the click of the humeral head returning to the glenoid cavity, this method is easy and not very painful and the results are excellent.
