Horizontally "flipped" position of the heart and the abdominal organs - situs inversus.
The appendix is dilated, measuring 10 mm in diameter, with a thickened and an enhancing wall. It communicates with a well-defined, irregular fluid collection with an enhancing wall.
Incidental left breast nodule.
