SVC duplication where a left sided SVC (white arrow) is draining into the left atrium, thereby bypassing the pulmonary circulation. The right SVC is normal.

SVC duplication where a left sided SVC (white arrow) is draining into the left atrium, thereby bypassing the pulmonary circulation. The right SVC is normal.

This is an unusual variant in that the left sided SVC usually drain into the coronary sinus.
