Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

No immediate spill from the left tube.

Progressive distension of the left tube without spillage over the study inferring hydrosalpinx and distal block.

Spillage occurs from the right tube.

Hydrosalpinx refers to a dilated fluid-filled fallopian tube, filling with contrast and with the absence of free spillage.
