Left upper limb PICC with tip at the level of the superior cavoatrial junction.
NG tube position appropriate.
Streaky opacification radiating from both hila with patchy airspace opacification in the left upper and right lower zones. Appearances of partially treated RDS.
Case Discussion
Upper limb PICC insertion in preterm neonates is unusual. Umbilical catheters and lower limb PICC are much more likely.
