Left upper lobe pneumonia

Fever, dry cough and haemoptysis. Routine blood count shows leucocytosis, elevated ESR, and neutrophilia.

Gender: Male

left upper zone typical lung consolidation with air bronchograms typical of pneumonia. 


The follow up x ray one week post treatment shows resolving consolidation.
