Presentation

Previous left upper lobe lung cancer. Patient well. Outpatient follow up.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Surgical clips at the left hilum.

Volume loss in the left hemithorax, with a tented left hemidiaphragm.

Post operative scarring close to the sutures.

Right lung clear.
