Focal dilatation of the anterolateral wall of the left ventricle with a wide neck and calcified rim.

Bilateral mild pleural effusions.

Case Discussion

A left ventricular aneurysm in a patient with a history of heart disease and two prior myocardial infarctions which are risk factors for a ventricular aneurysm.
