Presentation
8 week history of progressive thickening and hardening of bilateral lower limb skin and calves. Associated tenderness of lower limbs. History of end-stage renal disease on peritoneal dialysis.

Dense arterial calcification bilaterally.
Soft tissue calcification of anterior, posterior, medial and lateral compartments of both legs.
Case Discussion
Skin biopsy confirmed changes consistent with calciphylaxis. The patient had good symptomatic improvement after treatment with intraperitoneal sodium thiosulfate.
