- A well-defined mass lesion is seen in the anterior uterine cervix closely abutting endocervical canal and upper vagina
- The lesion demonstrates low signal intensity on T1WI, intermediate signal intensity on T2WI and intermediate enhancement in post contrast images
- No evidence of prolapse
