Sagittal T2

Well-circumscribed bilobulated intramural uterine mass of the posterior wall eliciting a high signal on T1 and T1 fat sat with dependent hemorrhagic sediment on T2 and no enhancement seen on the postcontrast sequence in keeping with a uterine leiomyoma with red degeneration.
Another intramural leiomyoma of the fundus eliciting an isosignal to the myometrium on T1, low signal on T2 with moderate heterogeneous enhancement.
Case Discussion
MRI features of uterine leiomyomas with red or carneous degeneration of the leiomyoma of the posterior uterine wall.
