Presentation

Pelvic pain.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Well-circumscribed bilobulated intramural uterine mass of the posterior wall eliciting a high signal on T1 and T1 fat sat with dependent hemorrhagic sediment on T2 and no enhancement seen on the postcontrast sequence in keeping with a uterine leiomyoma with red degeneration.

Another intramural leiomyoma of the fundus eliciting an isosignal to the myometrium on T1, low signal on T2 with moderate heterogeneous enhancement.
