Abdominopelvic palpable mass on physical exam.

A 150 x 145 x 132 mm heteroenhancing mass is present at the pelvis that originated from the uterus body and extends until the level of the kidney.
A few stones are seen at the gallbladder less than 18 mm. Pneumobilia is evident.
A 25 mm simple cortical cyst is seen at the lower pole of the right kidney.
In imaged portions of the lower thorax, some pleuropericardial effusion is present.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent surgical resection and histopathologic evaluation confirms uterine leiomyosarcoma which is extremely rare malignant neoplasms that originate from smooth muscle cells. The uterus is the most common site of leiomyosarcoma.
