Head trauma three months ago. Now anterior fontanelle is bulging.

Leptomeningeal cyst

Well-defined cystic lesion with CSF density protruding upward through fractured skull vault resulting in widening of the fracture. There is intradiploic extension of the CSF density fluid cystic lesion.
Underlying encephalomalacic changes are present.
Ex vacuo dilatation of the right lateral ventricle secondary to volume loss.
Faint calcification in the right thalamus.
Case Discussion
The patient had a history of previous head trauma (images not available). After few months, there was increased bulging in the head. Features describing the leptomeningeal cyst.
