Case Discussion
Post-contrast scans show gyriform enhancement in the right hemisphere of brain. There are a lot of mixed metastatic foci in the skull bones and С1-С2 vertebrae. These findings with anamnesis of breast cancer are suggestive of leptomeningeal metastases.
