Maximum intensity projection (MIP) reconstruction from CT angiography study shows complete occlusion of the infrarenal aorta with distal runoff (likely via collateral vessels). Extensive calcifications outline the course of the occluded aortoiliac segments, consistent with a severe atherosclerotic burden. Findings are suggestive of Leriche syndrome.
