Leriche syndrome with urothelioma

Case Discussion

An elderly male with a clinical diagnosis of Leriche syndrome presented with macroscopic haematuria. The CT scan of the abdomen demonstrates complete occlusion of the infra-renal aorta and iliac arteries resulting in Leriche syndrome. Diffuse urinary bladder wall thickening and fungating mass within the urinary bladder is noted representing the presumed diagnosis of urothelioma.
