There are arrangements or crowding of distended small bowel loops with intramural bowel gas in the lesser sac, suggesting internal hernia through the foramen of Winslow.

Case Discussion

The findings are consistent with foramen of Winslow (lesser sac) internal hernia with pneumatosis intestinalis
