Permeative appearance of the right proximal femoral shaft. Cortical lucency at the right lesser trochanter and femoral shaft immediately inferior. No fracture. No other bone lesion identified.

Permeative appearance of the right proximal femoral shaft. Cortical lucencies at the right lesser trochanter and femoral shaft immediately inferior involving around 50% of the cortex. No fracture. No other bone lesion identified.
Case Discussion
This patient had a known history of metastatic pancreatic cancer. Lesser trochanter lesions should be considered metastatic until proven otherwise.
