Well defined small cortical lytic lesion of the medial inferior cortex of the right femoral neck and lesser trochanter, with a medial and superior displaced pathological fracture of the lesser trochanter. No other lytic lesion identified. Bilateral hip OA.
Case Discussion
This patient was known to have metastatic NSCLC.
