There is a percutaneous tube and catheter entering the stomach and terminating over the jejunum, expected position and location.

This is one of the accepted treatment strategies for end stage Parkinson's.
Not many radiologists are aware of this treatment option.
One of the major drawbacks to the pump approach is the need for a percutaneous gatrojejunostomy (a small feeding tube).
