Abnormal gait

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Orthoroentgenogram

x-ray

Right femur length about 41 cm.

Left femur length about 47 cm.

Limb length discrepancy about 6 cm.

Internal fixation by intramedullary metallic long rod and screws for the right femur is seen.

Mild right coxa vara.

Slight internal bowing of the right femur.

Case Discussion

Congenital limb length discrepancy, partially corrected by Ilizarov technique (was 13 cm and now 6 cm) associated with hip and knee joint deformities.
