There are fracture of posterior apophysal ring of L2, L3 with displacement of bony fragment into spinal canal.
Case Discussion
NECT of lumbar spine shows fractures of posterior apophyseal ring at level L2, L3 with posterior displacement of bony fragment and mild compression of thecal sac.
Diagnosis: Limbus fracture.
