There is a well-corticated bony fragment at the anterosuperior aspect of a mid-lumbar vertebral body. Normal paravertebral soft tissues. 

Case Discussion

Limbus vertebra is an anatomic variant not to be confused with a fracture. Note the well corticated margin.
