Limbus vertebra is noted at the anteroinferior border of L1 vertebral body.

Case Discussion

Limbus vertebra is a well-corticated unfused secondary ossification center, usually at the anterosuperior corner of the vertebral body. In this case, it is present at the anteroinferior border of L1 vertebral body.
