Right upper extremity pain

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
X-ray

Cervical Spine Radiographs

Approximately 1.4 cm lytic lesion at the angle of the mandible with well defined sclerotic margin.

Shallow indentation of the medial cortex of the mandible with a small portion of the submandibular gland extending into the defect.
