Diffusely increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at the gastric body resembling linitis plastica, accompanied by perigastric fat stranding and several regional enlarged lymph nodes with SAD less than 11 mm. The fat plane between the mass and the left liver lobe is infiltrated, but there is no sign of direct invasion.
A few subcentimeter simple cortical cysts are seen in the kidneys.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
Case Discussion
Pathology-proven gastric adenocarcinoma (signet ring type), which is causing linitis plastica.
