Presentation

Abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

Infiltrative, lobulated submucosal gastric mass. Gastrohepatic and retroperitoneal adenopathy. Omental nodules. Extension of tumor along the gastrosplenic ligament. Complex cystic splenic masses. Segment 4A liver mass. Small ascites. Bilateral ovarian masses. Enhancing implants in the pouch of Douglas. 

Case Discussion

Metastatic infiltrative gastric adenocarcinoma (linitis plastica) with liver and likely splenic metastases, regional adenopathy and ligamentous extension of tumor, carcinomatosis, and ovarian metastases (Krukenburg tumor).
