Diffuse thickening of the distal gastric wall with failure to distend despite adequate ingestion of barium.

Diffuse thickening of the gastric wall in its distal half.
Case Discussion
The key, in this case, is the barium study showing a failure to distend the stomach despite adequate volume load with irregular, lobulated margins to the gastric walls. Beware false positives i.e. collapsed wall.
