Large lobulated heterogenous soft tissue mass about 7x7x10 cm is seen within the mesentery. It shows heterogenous enhancement with intervening non enhancing areas of breaking down and degeneration in post contrasted images. Some mesenteric vessels are sandwiched between the mass. Superior mesenteric vessels are displaced by the mass. Another similar smaller mass is also seen posteriorly just above the left renal vein. Misty surrounding peritoneal fat. Aortic, retro-caval, retrocrural, splenic and pelvic enlarged lymph nodes.

Histopathological results proved to be infectious non suppurative granuloma, tuberculous lymphadenitis.
