Posterior dislocation of the left hip with lipohaemarthrosis and layering of blood products in the joint space. There was an associated posterior acetabular margin fracture displaced laterally and posteriorly.

Pelvic binder encircles the patient.
Left hip dislocation and associated acetabular margin fracture displaced proximally and laterally. Comminuted intra-articular fracture of the right acetabulum extending superiorly into the iliac wing. Possible widening of the right SIJ.
