Marrow edema of the upper tibial plateau, in keeping with the presenting status of an un-displaced tibial plateau fracture.
Moderate knee effusion with fluid level showing upper high T1 signal fluid and lower low T1 signal fluid consistent with fat-fluid level.

Features are consistent with lipohemarthrosis secondary to a tibial plateau fracture.
