Patient Data

Age: 55 years

There is a small well-circumscribed lesion in the left cerebellopontine angle (CPA), of high signal intensity on T1WI, and T2WI with signal dropout on T1 fat saturated sequence. Note the vestibulocochlear nerve and facial nerve coursing within the lesion on their way to the IAM, well-visualized on all sequences, mainly on axial-SSFP.
