Well-encapsulated right sublingual ovoid mass of homogeneous high signal on T1 and T2, attenuated on T1 fat sat sequences with no enhancement on postcontrast sequences.
Motion artifacts are noted.

Lipomas of the oral cavity are rare, only a few cases were reported in the literature 1.
