An encapsulated compressible lesion is identified in subcutaneous plane. It is iso-echoic to deeper muscle without cystic changes / calcification. Internal incomplete echogenic lines are noted in the lesion. Few flow signals are seen in periphery and center of the lesion.
Case Discussion
Findings favor subcutaneous lipoma of nape of neck (dorsocervical fat pad).
