There is tiny and smooth, fat-containing polypoid mass arising from the inner left surface of the bladder dome.

Case Discussion
The most frequent benign mesenchymal tumor in the urinary bladder is leiomyoma.
Bladder wall lipoma is a rare finding that includes mature, well- encapsulated fatty tissue within the submucosa of the bladder wall.
