Large fat attenuating lesion with fibrotic septa in the posterior aspect of left thigh superficial to the posterior thigh muscles extending from the level of greater trochanter inferiorly to the level of left popliteal fossa.
No adjacent infiltrative or inflammatory change. No abnormality is seen in the imaged bones.
Case Discussion
The features are suggestive of lipoma.
