Minimally displaced fracture of the base of the second metatarsal with associated widening of the intermetatarsal space in keeping with a Lisfranc fracture-dislocation. No further fractures are identified.

Case Discussion

Lisfranc injuries can be difficult to diagnose both clinically and radiologically with a high index of suspicion required.
