Lateral mid foot dislocation involving all of the TMT joints (homolateral Lisfranc fracture-dislocation). There are some fracture fragments in the region of the Lisfranc ligament. 

Post reduction CT reveals improved alignment of the lisfranc joint with multiple metatarsal base fractures.
