Presentation

Hyperflexion injury of the foot, cannot weight-bear; significant mid foot pain.

x-ray

Widening of the Lisfranc interval, in keeping with the clinical history there is a likelihood of a Lisfranc injury.

Comminuted oblique fracture of the posterior medial aspect of the base of the second metatarsal. Additionally, there is a fracture of the dorsal aspect of the medial cuneiform that has articular involvement. In keeping with the clinical history, this is concerning for a Lisfranc injury.
